Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

FutureAgo has four main shipping methods: Free Shipping, Standard Shipping, Super Savings Shipping and Express Shipping. Depending on your location some of these shipping methods may not be available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are proud to offer international shipping, world wide. However, depending on your location some shipping methods may not be available. In case you need further assistance please contact our  customer support.

How long will it take to get my package?

We estimate shipping times depending on which shipping method you use. The estimated shipping times of our four main shipping methods are as follows: Free Shipping 30-90 days, Standard Shipping 25-50 days, Super Savings Shipping 14-28 days and Express Shipping 9-19 days.

Which shipping method do you recommend?

We recommend the Super Savings Shipping (estimated delivery time 2-4 weeks) as it is  fast and affordable. Due to a deal made between several major postal services around the world, including USPS and Canada Post we are able to ship parcels at discounted costs through air mail.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

To ensure that your purchase can be done quickly and safe at FutureAgo we offer PayPal as our main payment method in our cart. PayPal is the leading payment gateway with over 203 million worldwide shoppers checking out with the system.

You can also pay with your credit card at checkout without signing up for a PayPal account or paying any extra fee. Credit cards that we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is buying online safe?

We make great strides in making the payment process safe at FutureAgo. Our shopping cart is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected, establishing a secure encrypted link between our website and your computer, keeping payment and credit card information that you enter, safe and private.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Just browse around the website and add the products you would like to buy in the cart. When you are done shopping just view the cart or go to checkout. Fill out your address information and make sure to enter correct address and contact information to make the shipping process faster, so that in turn your parcel will reach you faster.

Then select preferred shipping method and checkout to finalize your payment. PayPal will open up and you can choose to sign in to your PayPal account to do your payment or make a credit card payment without signing into PayPal. You do not need to make a PayPal account to be able to pay with your credit card. We do however recommend you to create a PayPal account if you don’t have one yet, as it will make your online shopping a lot more effortless in the future.

After this hit the pay now button and your order will be submitted. We will process your order as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

How can I cancel or change my order?

After your order has been submitted and payment has been done we will process your order and prepare shipping. You will get an email as confirmation for your submitted order and another one once we have completed pre-processing your order. Until then you have time to cancel or submit changes to your order. If you would like to cancel your order or change any incorrect information please contact us as soon as possible to support@futureago.com. Once we have completed pre-processing of your order and the shipping process has begun  your order can not be cancelled.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account at FutureAgo to place an order. We do however recommend you register to make future orders more swift, to become eligible for our discount coupons and to receive FutureAgo’s promotional newsletters. We give all new members who have signed up for an account at FutureAgo a coupon for a 10% discount for their first order.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

FutureAgo partners with manufacturers, merchants and artisans all over the world, to offer you a great selection of unique products at the best possible price. Therefore our partners are located in different parts of the globe and part of your order may arrive at a different time, even though they are dispatched at the same time. Please be patient if your order is still within the margin of time that we provided. If you need any further assistance please contact our customer support.

How do I track my order?

Some shipping methods like Super Savings Shipping and Express Shipping include tracking. Once your package has been shipped you can track it by opening the FutureAgo order tracking page.

Fill in the order number that we give you in your order confirmation email and your email address  to access the order tracking information.

Please note that it may take up to 3-7 days before tracking information is updated to the website.

Tracking shows my order entered the country but it doesn’t appear to be moving anywhere, what is wrong?

Don’t worry. Shipping, customs and postal service may in some countries be slow and tracking may make it appear as if your order is stuck. It should be soon moving again and arriving at your destination.

How can I return a product?

If your order arrives damaged, the item looks different from the picture or does not match the description, please email us at support@futureago.com and we will send you instructions for how to return your item(s). We replace damaged items with new ones, in some cases you could be eligible for a full refund or a discount. Please note that we can not accept returns due to a change of mind.
